"For many years, clients have asked me for books to read on estate planning. Most of the available tomes were too long, dry, and boring. Thomas Hawley has reversed the equation with a book that is short, accurate, and witty. I commend it to all those interested in saving estate taxes." -- William H. Bachrach, Attorney at Law

"I enjoyed the book a great deal. It is both charming and useful." -- Paul Brest, Dean, Stanford Law School

"Solid advice, presented in an understandable and lighhearted way." -- Claude Rosenberg, author of "Wealthy & Wise"

"When I read the first edition of this book, it became my favorite estate planning book. The new edition is bigger, better and up to date. It's probably the only estate planning book I know that will inform you about what you need to know while entertaining you at the same time." -- Ken Petersen, Certified Financial Planner
